How we practice nutritional coaching?
Our nutritional coaching is through patient-based wellness care. By focusing on building health rather than suppressing symptoms, optimal physiological function is pursued understanding that when health is built, disease and symptoms diminish.
We “read” symptoms to try and better understand where your body needs support. to get back on track and get you healthy again. We get our “clues” from understanding your current diet, your symptoms, illness history, medications, lifestyle, toxic exposure, history of antibiotic use, stress and even lab work when needed. Once have all that information together, we will put together a protocol to include nutritional recommendations, supplements to support weakened body systems and exercise programs for our weight loss patients.
